Rental Policies
Delivery
Delivery & pickup is available on all rental items. We will deliver on time, on the day we promise. Standard delivery and pickup charges are for curbside delivery. This means the items will be placed within 20 feet of where the driver can safely back up the trailer. Set-up and take-down is not included in the delivery fee. Our standard delivery fee for tables & chairs is $100 plus $1.50 per mile for deliveries beyond a 15 mile radius of Shell Lake (30 miles free per round trip).
Please note that there will be a $250 charge for tables/chairs not folded up and staged at the agreed upon pick-up time.
Reservations / Deposits
Demand for party and rental equipment peaks at certain times of the year. All rentals will require a non-refundable deposit of 25% at the time of reservation. The balance due must be paid at least 48 hours prior to delivery or pickup of your items. Changes to your reservation can be made up to one week prior to your event, provided the requested items are still available. We also accept Visa and MasterCard with a 3.5% processing fee.
